It’s some kind of solid shiny metal with the engravings and comes on a chain. I recommend getting the ones on Amazon well in advanced - they wouldn’t have come on time when I decided to start looking for them.Īnd of course, what kind of Frodo costume would be complete without the one ring to rule them all? I was hard pressed to find something under $40 for a toddler cloak, but hers were only $25! It seemed all the Hobbit characters wore pretty much the same one - some kind of collarless button up that was a bit loose and almost blouse like.
